TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
